My mistake as he would give us quotes for work and was constantly requesting more money for materials. He would either purchase too much or not enough. He was great in the beginning, showing up early and staying through the day to work, then he started to arrive later and later, if at all. He'd leave to get material or tools that he neglected to bring and wouldn't return for days. I liked Gavin I had trusted him; he's a nice man. I was constantly asking him to pick up after himself as he'd leave his Dunkin coffee cups thrown around the property, It was frustrating picking up after him. We had paid him to install new gutters. He never completed the job. When my husband contacted him about finishing the job, he asked for more money. My husband asked him for an invoice first; Gavin ghosted us. Truly disappointed. But your own materials and pay him AFTER he completes job. "
