"Affordable waterproofing did work on our house for the previous owner.  They finished the job leaving holes in the outside wall at ground level - leaving water to enter into the basement walls.  They told us this was done by request of the previous owner.   <br /> <br /> We called them to come back to fix this and add window wells.  They seemed very cordial and responsive.  The day the job was scheduled they never showed.  I called them and they apologized and blamed it on miscommunication.  The job was rescheduled and they still did not show up.  <br /> <br /> After this add was posted they showed up at our house unannounced.  They completed the job.  Fixing the holes at no additional cost, thereby, sticking to their warranty."
