"We hired Juan when we purchased a home in Chelan and wanted to make some rennovations. Since we live out of the area, we gave Juan a key to the house and never had to worry about a thing. Jaun: took apart and remodeled three bedrooms, laundry room, main bathroom, master bathroom and large walk in bedroom closet. Each room had new paint, flooring, window treatments and light fixtures. Jaun communicated with us during the entire time and sent us pictures. His work is impeccable...absolutely beautiful. The next project was adding a shower to a jacuzzi tub. It turned out amazing and saved us lots of money from doing a masterbathroom total demo and reconstruction. Plus it looks really amazing!! Jaun is excellent at communication and kept us updated with everything he was doing. Since we are out of the area we always appreciated the pictures he took for us along the way. He cleaned up after everything he did. Nice to walk into a beautifully remodeled and clean home. In a nutshell, Jaun is fantastic and we would highly recommend him for any renovations. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. I got a call from Kent and when he and Ross heard about the situation, they came over right away, worked with me to make it affordable and stayed until after 9 pm to be sure my home was safe for me. They even offered suggestions on how I could make my home more secure! They came back to complete the finishing touches and made sure it was sealed properly which it wasnâ t before. They cleaned up after themselves and worked with me on the timing of the job. I will hire them again for any future work that I need done."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
