"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. Have dealt with various contractors for numerous issues over the years as I own several rental properties, and this has been my most positive experience by far. Kathy Quill"

"The workers that removed and replaced my roofs had fantastic work ethics. They did a wonderful job and left my yard nail free and debris free. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other home repair."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. The crew who did the work was professional, efficient, and friendly and the communication ahead of time was great. I always felt able to reach out to either Ramon or Juan via text if I had any concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend NMTI and as soon as I finish this review I will be sending them an email about additional projects!"

"I had an excellent experience with RB Farina's work replacing old wooden gutters and old wooden fascia and soffits with new aluminum gutters and PVC soffit, fascia, and molding on my small house. I must have caught things at a good time, in late winter, because it was just 8 days between my posting my job description on Angies List, and the dumpster leaving my driveway after the work was completed. The original bid was completed at the original price, with some extras (significant touchup painting, and a quick repair on the 2nd story shutter of my neighbor who was kind enough to let us use her yard for ladders) done with no upcharge. I did not seek multiple bids so I cannot say whether the price was high or low; I counted on the fact that the bidder could expect competition. Weather was good for working and we had no ugly surprises from my very old house, so the work went pretty smoothly. I had the pleasant experience of finding that for each of the materials and methods that I either knew about or researched, in every case the Farina team was using top quality. They are good about communication: calls to the office, or by cellphone to the estimator, always were answered live or resulted in callback in a few minutes. The onsite crew was polite, responsive, and very professional. (They also looked like they were enjoying their work, which is always a good sign). The office was very proactive: the written bid arrived quickly, and every check I wrote resulted in an emailed invoice/receipt within a couple hours. For this they are using a platform called HouseCallPro, which automates the workflow considerably. (Why shouldn't buying this kind of services get as good a workflow and email trail as, say, ordering a toaster on the Internet?) . I worked hard to make the jobsite easy to work in (moved stuff away from the house, took down my window screens before they came, ran a wire out the window to provide 20amp electric power, provided a map of where the electricity and water are on outside of house, provided outside access to a bathroom), and the crew was appreciative. Day 1 was demolition, Day 2 was carpentry, Day 3 and 4 were gutter hanging, sealing, and painting. Once they got the gutters up and sealed, they ran the hose into the gutter to check for leaks and flow before they did their final cleanup and left. After watching how they did this work and what materials they used, I have pretty high confidence that their work will last a long time,. I plan to sign up for their annual gutter/roof/chimney maintenance program so that my gutters get cleaned and somebody I trust looks at my roof."

"Efficient and neat job. Replaced chimney flashing where needed. I have used them in the past for asphalt shingle and rubber roofing and recommend them highly."

"it went great. After I called them, I didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. The gentlemen providing the service was professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but made me aware of the overall condition of the roof."

"I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. Everything was done as expected and I am very happy with my new roofs, I can now proceed to remodel the back porch."

"Would I recommend JP Carroll roofing absolutely. They all were very hard workers. From start to finish. Bent over backwards to help on any thing you ask them to do."

"All Weather Exteriors did an amazing job in replacing the roof of our house. Their prices were competitive comparing to other quotes we solicited but the main differentiators were the customer service level from the sale person to the project manager to the installers which were all exceptional. The installers were proficient, showed great teamwork, completed the roof, a gazebo and a large shed in 2 days. They did a great job in protecting our house from damages while performing the job as they promised and did a great job in cleaning up after each night and at the end of the project. We were extremely pleased overall with how well the project went, with how our new roof looks, how professional All Weather Exteriors were throughout the process. We were impressed with the attentiveness and oversight including having the owner of the company to come out at the end to inspect the quality of the work of his employees. In summary, we would strongly recommend All Weather Exteriors to any future roofing projects and would use them again without hesitation."

"Clear Choice's crew was in and out in a few hours. They removed my current roof and replaced with with new shingles. The workers were diligent and polite and did a great job cleaning up the area when they were done. I am very impressed with the work and would certainly suggest them to other looking to get their roof replaced or any other home improvement project."
