Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Wenham, MA

"Although it took a bit of time to work out scheduling, I was beyond impressed with the job David and his assistant did. I own a very old home in Salem with a lot of DIY work by previous owners. My porch roof was starting to sag and collapse. David reconstructed this area of the porch and added additional support beams originally lacking in the construction. He matched the original beams and paint color perfectly to keep the integrity of my old fashioned home. His price was reasonable and he provided receipts for money spent on materials. His cleanup was also impeccable. I will be keeping David in mind for projects I have in the future."

"I would recommend him and crewmen to even Kings and Queens . Benicio is a very honest, hard working and patient man. We hired the company to paint our deck. Gave him the deposit check. Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. He didnâ t cash the check until he reached out to us in mid July to confirm that we will go forward as previously scheduled. Last weekend he came with his crew and painted the deck. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. They did a great job repairing the steps and painting the deck. They showed great respect to the property. They cleaned up very well before leaving. He is very honest hearted man. I We appreciated the fact that he is not money hungry. He sees people before profit. Something thatâ s very hard to find nowadays. Great Hob !!! We are very pleased."

"Rudy and his team from RUDY’S CARPENTRY AND PAINTING were great to work with, he did a thorough walk through to ensure he knew exactly what repairs we needed done, and then was quick to send over an accurate estimate. The work was timely, on budget, with no issues. I appreciated their flexibility and crews' ability in carpentry work. They removed the old rotten wooden posts on our deck and replaced them with new ones from pressure treated wood. I would highly recommend using RUDY’S CARPENTRY AND PAINTING for all kinds of jobs inside and outside of house as this is a very professional and hard working team."

"Bob was able to repair the door, was very professional and I hope to have him help out with some other projects around the house."

"We (condo assoc) hired Aurelio to replace porch railings and to make repairs to decks. We couldn't be more pleased with the result and how easy it was to work with Aurelio. Work has just been completed and owners have since been offering complements on the work and work ethic of both him and his crew. His initial price was very reasonable and, when unforeseen needs arose, he was up-front about what was needed so the final costs were not a surprise. AML is a find. Review by TJB in Billerica, MA"

"He came up with a better idea than I had, he added more support anchors and screws. He was very easy going and polite. Very neat, cleaned up after and he replaced and exterior thermostat that was attached to the old part of the deck. I would hire Eddi again."

"Osmin and his team did a great job replacing our triple-decker back porch. He worked with an architect, that he found, to make sure there were no variances required. This made the permitting process quicker. It was a tricky job because building codes have changed since the porch was first built."

"Remodel or Renew Home Improvement did a excellent job on my new deck. They were professional and on time. I would highly recommend this company!"

"The crew showed up on time. They were extremely professional and hardworking. I had a large pot hole filled and my driveway resealed. Excellent results and several neighbors requested their business card."

"Originally the project was for a remove and rebuild of the front porches for my 2-family house. They were falling apart, windows were old & odd sizes and wood needed to be replaced due to rot, etc. Steve & his crew found that a total removal was not necessary. They replaced the old footings bringing the porches to the proper level, reduced the # of windows needed, replaced them with beautiful sliders, replaced the floors, stained the new interior wood to coordinate with the stained wood ceilings & walls, installed 2 new doors, updated the porch lights and weatherproofed all the outside areas. Steve & his crew were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge & expertise is phenomenal. I'm so pleased with their work and have already received many compliments on my remodeled porches. I highly recommend Steve and his outstanding crew."
