In the process of having the siding/gutters installed, Dave inspected the roof and given the age and condition, suggested a new roof. He sent a reasonable quote and within the same week, materials arrived and it was installed! He worked hard to get it done that timely before the gutters were installed. The team of 6 installers did an amazing job and cleaned up everything after the installation - didn't even know they'd been there! "A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"Our roof needed to be replaced following the May 2025 tornado in St Louis. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. "We had an excellent experience with Orf Exteriors. They put on a new roof for us in November 2023. Communication was excellent through every step. Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete.
