"The job went very well. The Operations Manager Elias told me that he would be there for the whole job and he was. He kept me updated on everything that was going on such as delivery of materials and a dumpster, what day and time they would arrive to start work. Whenever I had a question all I had to do is give him a call and he was always available. We also needed some skylights replaced which was handled by Elias. He worked with "The Sky's The Limit" a Velux installer to remove the old skylights and install the new ones. Before the job started he explained to me about all the Owens Corning products they were going to use and why and even had samples of the shingle, underlayment, ice barrier and nails used. The roofing was completed in one day and the skylights the next day. After they left nothing was left behind, very good cleanup, no nails in the yard or pieces of shingle, even the gutters were cleaned out. Now when I drive into the driveway it looks like a new house."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "Back in the fall Al from MGS Construction LLC came to my property to give a quote to do a complete roof job, removing all the previous shingles, putting on the underlayment and then put on GAF shingles. They also did me a solid by cutting out some rotted siding and put on some weather tight material until I can get my home properly side. MGS was not the lowest price, but not the highest either and Al sold me on MGS being an Elite Master Contractor where the roof is guaranteed for 50 years, and the labor is guaranteed for 25 years. The roof looks fabulous and the cleanup was pristine. I will most likely go with MGS construction for my siding as well. Thank you Al and MGS."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. "I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company."

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"
