"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a repair estimate. He showed up that same day to look over the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. Brian s servicemen showed up the next day to complete the repairs and did so with professionalism. While his men were initiating the repair, Brian inspected the rest of my roof and noticed issues with cracking rubber seals around my vent pipes which he notified me about and I agreed to have him repair those while he was on site.While he was working on the repair, I happened to notice a different issue with my roof on a different part of the house and he agreed to repair the new issue as well.After completing the repairs, his men cleaned up around the house and even used a leaf blower to complete the cleanup.
