It was very heavy and had to brought into my home through a difficult and small entranceway. He also removed and disposed of my old couch and a huge box. He was a pro! "My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable."

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for 6 hours of cleaning and was so impressed with their service that I hired them to come once a week. 
 I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.  
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far.

The bathroom took slightly than we hoped.partially due to scheduling issues with some of the specialized workers and partially due to the weather. However, the main crew made use of the down time and helped us to move an existing outdoor BBQ center to line up with existing gas lines. "We needed a post-construction clean-up of our new home. We have high ceilings, big and high windows. There was dust everywhere on walls, ceilings, etc. Elisa was very professional. She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Will be hiring them again for more clean-up."
