Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "My older home is 100% siding, with both aluminum and wood. GC South Star sent their project manager Gerson out to quote and manage the project and he and his team did an amazing job. House was power washed (they even did the fences around the house as a courtesy!), they removed a satellite dish, cables/wiring and patched holes, taped up windows and doors prior to spraying the house and balcony - house looks completely new! They were prompt in their estimate and scheduling, price was fantastic (I had gotten 5 estimates and theirs was the best) and I am very pleased with the work. They also did not require the balance of the payment until we had walked through and finished anything that needed fixing - only a couple of small things. Based on their work and professionalism, my parents also hired them to complete a total repainting of the interior of their home (they also reviewed them). Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."
