"Despite multiple unforeseen and uncontrollable (weather) issues, Robert and his crew worked incredibly hard to complete the work per the scope. The current driveway was not installed correctly when the house was built in 1993, so it took a great deal more time to remove and replace the correct way. The existing step from our front porch and slope of the sidewalk were out of code and a potential insurance nightmare. Again, Robert and his team made sure to communicate this to us and worked tirelessly to install the steps and walkway. Robert has great relationships with the local City and permit officials as well as subcontractors - this was incredibly important to our scope of work. We would recommend (and have recommended!) his company to anyone in the area and will consider him first in the future for any work."

Chris and his crew meticulously restored the concrete and reused all of our pavers which were still in good shape. They got me an estimate and fit me in their schedule quickly, all while doing the work the right way at a fair cost. I would definitely ask them to do additional work in the future and recommend them if you need concrete or masonry work as well. They are also licensed in Columbus and insured. Before hiring any vendor to do work at your home, I highly recommend you verify both of those things. I came across a number of other concrete vendors who did not have either or both of those documents and some were less than forthcoming about it."

Overall I would have to say this was a disappointing experience. I purchased a BigDeal and it took forever to get my project scheduled. I had a small job and maybe that's why it took so long. After the work was finally scheduled the job took 2 days to complete. Day 1 the floor was completely sanded & coat one laid down. However there was wood dust left over in places throughout the room. They need to clean their filters better before starting another job. To me, this is just plain laziness and unacceptable. Day 2, the second coat was applied, screened and clear-coated. After about two weeks I had noticed that they did not do a piece right in the doorway and a small strip behind the supply vent. It's actually the same piece of flooring. It looks horrible and I can't believe no one noticed it until well after the job was completed. We had carpet put down and those guys are the ones that pointed it out to us.. We were so embarrassed. I ended up doing that piece myself and it was a complete pain in the ***.
