"This company is wonderful. They provided a complimentary service visit to see if our drain pipe was working properly. We noticed some water collecting near the pipe after a heavy rain. Lamar was kind, prompt & honest. He flushed our drain with our garden hose and it turned out the blockage was excess leaves. He suggested their service that has a camera attached to see how the pipe looked (overall) and to see if there was any more blockage. But considering our garden hose was able to remove the blockage we have opted to wait and he agreed that was a safe bet. We appreciate honesty & integrity."

"Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"

"Needed to replace my Ac and furnace. After reaching out a variety of company websites, I got no replies and came to Home Advisor. Logan Services reaches out 15 mins after I submitted the request. Aaron Faughn was out the next day for over an hour going over options and making the process easily understandable. Really felt like he was looking out for me and my family. The decision was basically made then, though I did finally get some other businesses out for other bids. None made me feel as comfortable as Aaron. A few days later Kyle Koester and Jake came out and couldn’t have been more professional or courteous. Knocked it out in a day and a half due to the holiday. I could’ve be happier with the work they provided. I would recommend Logan Services for any and all future needs. They have a customer for life."

"I thought I only had a clogged sink ( lesson learned: never put put sauerkraut in a garbage disposal.) The plumber Holden cleaned it, but there was another clog still. Holden detected there was a issue behind the wall. He requested another plumber with more years on the job (Chase) to confirm before I ran into expenses. Chase came out did a thorough review, then walked me through what he thought was going on - that there was decay and likely heavy rusting behind the wall. These pictures show you some of what he ended up finding. Long story short the pipes behind the wall were in bad shape. Thank God for their help otherwise this would have created even bigger problems when they started to leak. Honestly I didn't want /expect to spend money in December on plumbing (no offense to Apex), but major flooding would have cost so much more in the end. I highly recommend them."
