They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! From the reasonably competitive bid, to the education about proper roof ventilation and steps to improve the longevity of the new roof, to the roof installation, everything went very well. The roofers did a quality job, kept me informed of their progress, followed proper safety measures and left the site immaculate at the end. "Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."
