Charles putting in the extra effort showed me he really cares about his work and customers. Insulation was blown in yesterday and shortly after we noticed a difference in our house. Heat hasn’t turned on once since and last night inside temps didn’t dip below 72. Amazing and the FPL cost savings is going to be a huge plus.
