"ET Painting did an amazing job at my house. I've been planning to do work to My house for about a year now and have gotten multiple Companies to come look but wasn’t feeling comfortable as no one really stood out to me I actually contacted ET but was unsure of what exactly needed to be done and what I wanted the outcome to look like I called them twice and finally met Emil who's the main reason why I finally got the job completed since I had been in limbo for so long. Emil and I discussed the ideas I had in mind and confidently gave me feed back and made me feel comfortable to proceed with the job I had been putting off for so long He's super friendly, positive, professional, and creative. They completed the exterior, fence around the house, The garage, Interior bedrooms, fixed all minor and major details I was about to pretty much call it quits on the house but Emil told me he’d get it done properly and looking good and I have to agree with that. In summary, ET Painting is your exterior/interior Painting experts. Mine came out gorgeous! As a homeowner, I've learned that you get what you pay for And I will say not only was it amazing work but it was right in my budget. So build a budget, call Emil and he will work with you."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"This husband and wife team were top notch! They were always "positive" to all of my requests concerning the painting of the exterior portion of my house. We are very happy with the ways the colors came out for the house. They were very reasonable in the cost of doing the painting job. Would definitely hire them again!"

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Working with Martin and JR’s Painters was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Martin was on time for every appointment—from giving us an estimate to each day he and his crew came to work on the house. The price he gave us was quite fair, and the work completed was excellent. Martin was very clear from the start about what he would do—from caulking cracks and gaps (that had never been filled in all the years our 1958-built ranch has been around) to small stucco repairs to prep and painting. And he followed the plan exactly. JR’s is truly is a family business, too. Martin and his son were there every day—and some days his niece and sister-in-law helped out as well. The whole crew was incredibly neat, soft-spoken, cheerful and professional. Martin appears to be a great boss who is teaching the next generation of painters important skills. He was also helpful when we were stuck on our final choice of color, and the final walkthrough was a real pleasure—both to see all of the crew’s good work and because Martin happily fixed even the smallest imperfections that we pointed out. I have seldom felt better about a contractor. My spouse and I both highly recommend JR’s Painters—and I look forward to the next project we can hire them to do! TWO MORE TIPS: 1. I checked the company’s licensing with the state of California before hiring and it was all in order. 2. Y’all should check out the company’s awesome logo—designed by Martin’s wife!! <3"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.
