JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. "Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
