It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "I called Dylan to seal up a vent pipe flange leak on a 24 year old standing seam metal roof. Left a message, and he got back to me the same day. The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot. Good solid work, and at a very reasonable price, especially considering his driving time. He will definitely get repeat business from me."

Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a repair estimate. He showed up that same day to look over the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. Brian s servicemen showed up the next day to complete the repairs and did so with professionalism. While his men were initiating the repair, Brian inspected the rest of my roof and noticed issues with cracking rubber seals around my vent pipes which he notified me about and I agreed to have him repair those while he was on site.While he was working on the repair, I happened to notice a different issue with my roof on a different part of the house and he agreed to repair the new issue as well.After completing the repairs, his men cleaned up around the house and even used a leaf blower to complete the cleanup.
