"How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!"

We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day. My step-father was a builder and I learned from him that there are right ways and wrong ways to do a job. Dave and Andrew did things the right way, and never cut corners. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"Beware. Have extremely detailed plans and specifications. This contractor makes everything a change order at exorbitant prices. The remodel of a condo unit took over 18mos because contractor takes on more work than team can handle. Many mistakes are due to lack of supervision and his staff does not maintain a clean worksite causing waste and lost materials. He does not have electrical or plumbing subcontractors. His pricing is not transparent and he uses change orders to increase his profit. He takes no responsibility and is difficult to work with. Have a detailed time schedule backed by a holdback from each payment that is released only on satisfactory completion."

"We hired Nauset Kitchens to remodel our kitchen, install wood floors in our kitchen that match the rest of the house. The Kitchen and the refinished pine wood floors are spectacular. Adam and his team, came in at a reasonable price, stayed on schedule, and the only contractor who offered to refinish all the first floor hard wood floors, along with the new kitchen floor. We can't say enough good things about Nauset Kitchens, our new kitchen and new floors. I do highly recommend Adam and team at Nauset Kitchens for any kitchen remodel.
