"Dan returned my second telephone message requesting an estimate appointment.  He had an emergency on the day of my first message.  He arrived at the arranged time to give an estimate and answer any questions I had.  On the day of the service, Dan arrived on time and did a beautiful job of repairing the broken tile with an extra edge tile that I had.  He also replaced the other loose tiles, removed discolored and damaged grout from both countertops, and replaced the grout with grout that was a perfect match to the old grout and the grout that was on the adjacent walls.  Dan also gave me some helpful hints about preventing the  discoloration that had occurred over the years with my old grout. <br />"

"I called and left a message which Mr. Collins responded within 24 hours. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone as we set up a work order. He came the same day to pick up our snowblower and take to his shop for repairs. The repair was completed within a couple of days. We even got the snowblower back earlier then previously arranged which was a big plus. The repair cost was very fair and right in line with others that did similar repairs. We have since used the snowblower and it works great. I will definitely call on Collins Repair's LLC again!
