They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options. And they're very knowledgeable, all of them, they're very knowledgeable for their business."

"On Friday night (of course), we discovered that our water heater had gone out and its warranty had ended this past January. While we knew it wasn't an "emergency" situation, we were hoping to be able to find someone to come out and replace over the weekend. So, yes, Justin Dorsey Plumbing was our third call this time, but next time they will be our first. We are delighted to have been able to hire a local Hendricks County company and that they were able to come out and service us so quickly and at no extra charge for the weekend hours. Same day service on a Saturday was truly amazing to us. It was what we were hoping for, but we really weren't sure we'd find it. <br /> As far as the actual water heater goes, seemed to be a smooth install. Paul was friendly and courteous. Only time will tell as to the quality of the unit, etc., but for now I am a super satisfied customer. <br />"

"The work was good quality.  The plumber was professional, seemed to know what he was doing, and worked at a good pace.  However, I felt somewhat taken advantage of and misled. <br /> I called and talked to the receptionist.  She relayed the message to the plumbers who stopped by as they said they were in the area.  The guys gave an estimate on how much It would cost to put in a shower surround and said they could start right away.  We told them great and they came back a couple days later. <br /> The estimate was $1,500 but based upon an hourly rate of $100.  To save some money, we did as much prep work as we could.  When the plumber came back a couple of days later, he arrived at 8:30am and left at 5pm.  So, I expected the bill to be for 8.5 hours plus material cost.  I was charged about $1,200.  The charges included 1 hour for the day they stopped by for an estimate.  It also included ½ for prep time before the plumber arrived.  Additionally, I was charge $65 for a service charge that they described as for wear and tear on the vehicle.  We challenged the fairness and the response was that it was their policy. <br /> So, they do good quality work but you need to clear on how you are going to be charged to avoid surprises."

"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry, Erika (office admin) and the people he employs."

"He had to be asked to get his mask from his truck. Most service people ask if they should get their mask or automatically have it around their neck, he did not. I had all the parts ready for him in a bowl with the packaging and directions on the back of the package. He did not seem to look at that as he had to keep removing and figuring out how to install the valve correctly. He was respectful and a nice fellow."

"I waited a year to write this review so that my wife and I could have a decent amount of time actually using what Aaron Prange (of Built by YOU) made for us. We have a small bathroom in a modern house built in 1968, which we wanted to renovate in an appropriate style. We had a recently acquired vanity top with fixture that we like a lot, but everything else needed to be changed. We consulted with several remodeling contractors before settling on Aaron. The reason was that he was the only one with a clear vision of how to proceed and really take into account our wishes. Others did not want to try retaining our new vanity top, while replacing the vanity cabinet, but Aaron was willing. He arranged for us to have a beautiful new cabinet made by Tim Graber Furniture, and he reinstalled our top seamlessly. He figured out how to expand the depth of the walk-in shower (replacing a narrow tub) without making the space seem cramped. And he had great ideas about lighting, as well as an idea for a large new mirror (also from Graber). We researched and picked out shower surrounds and plumbing fixtures (from Hoosier Winsupply -- highly recommended), flooring (from ColorTile), paint (from Bloomington Paint and Wallpaper), and we also had a mold remediation outfit (Bloom Environmental) carefully take out our moldy drywall ceiling. Aaron arranged for all the work to be done in the right sequence and with very minimal delays. He did a good deal of the demolition and construction work himself, with one co-worker. He was very good about communicating about the schedule and next steps. The work site was clean, with quilted moving mats forming a path from our front door into the bathroom. The job was completed maybe a week late, though much earlier than the other contractors were willing to promise. The job was done during the first half of August, which seems to be a busy time for contractors. We are thrilled with the result and enjoy using the space so much more than the old one. The cost was fair and stuck very close to the original estimate (barring a few things that we asked for after the estimate was done). Not everything was perfect: there was a minor alignment problem with the shower surround, due to nothing in our house really being at right angles. Some of the shower caulking has degraded by now and really needs to be refreshed, and a mounting flange for one of the shower fixtures has come loose. These are pretty minor compared to what could happen with a project in which the walls, ceiling, and much of the floor was stripped bare. I would not hesitate to call Aaron for a consultation on your next remodeling project."

"We contacted Mann through Angie's List. We had used them for our sump pump about a year ago and were happy with the work. This time, they were able to get started as soon as they came out to provide us with an estimate. A pipe was tied in to the existing lines under the house and run up to the front wall. When I asked about 'freeze protection' after they were done, the installer was very helpful in showing us how the system worked and exactly what to do to prevent any problems, even showing us a failed unit in his truck that burst over the winter. <br />"
