"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. "From quote to job completion, nothing but integrity and professionalism was shown by the owner and crew of Superior Siding and Windows. We needed new siding on our 29 year old cedar sided home, with a possible chimney rebuild and had a couple of suspect windows. Randy (the owner) could have quoted to replace those windows, but as an honest businessperson, he said that the glass and seals just need to be replaced, someone like Les' Glass could do that for you - very reasonably. Les' Glass did - for under $1,000. Our crew was led by Scott, again nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Scott and his crew throughout the entire process. The jobsite was cleaned up every evening and at the end of the project our driveway, deck, lawn and plantings looked like they had before the project began. Our pest control company rep (we are adjacent to a farm field), went out of his way to commend the outstanding caulking work done on the siding.
