"I highly recommend Richard from Tomahawk flooring. I hired them to do carpet installation at a rental property in Westbrook. Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. Again, the job was done quickly and professionally, working well into the evening hours so it would be done for me for Easter! I couldn’t be happier with Richard and Tomahawk flooring."

"I don?t usually write reviews like this, but I had to for Top Notch Construct, LLC. We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. It didn?t even feel like the same house. Everything looked so clean, open, and put together in a way it never had before. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. It?s one of those changes you don?t realize you needed until you see it done right. What really meant a lot to me was how easy they made everything. They listened, they cared, and you could tell they actually wanted it to come out perfect?not just ?good enough.? The attention to detail shows everywhere you look. And the best part? Walking in that night when it was all done, no mess, no stress?just brand new floors that completely c"

"Kevan of K.B. Construction called to set up an appointment within a few minutes of my posting the request through Servicemagic. I requested proof of liability insurance coverage, and this arrived the day before the appt. Kevan was very pleasant and professional to deal with, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. He also called the day before to confirm the appt., charged a very reasonable amount for the work done, and left his business card with us. We are extremely impressed with this young man and his company, and will not hesitate to contact him in the future."
