"This fall we used Bolton Septic Company to pump out our septic system. At that time they offered to install access pipes for future cleanings, which we agreed to have them do. We were totally satisfied with the two workers who came out to do the job. They were prompt, courteous, and very personable. They were also extremely patient and focused despite the audience of our six grandchildren who were standing by observing and asking a hundred questions as children are apt to do. The owner, who took our call and scheduled us, was very pleasant and informative. He took his time and did not rush through the call. He even went the extra mile to look up county records to see the size of our second tank and that of our son's who was also interested in hiring their services. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their type of service. Additionally, we would give Bolton a rating of 10, however, the prompt questions did not allow for this.
