"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. "Fair Qoutes, trustworthy and dependable! Mike is very professional and his crew as well. We hired Mike's Home Renovations to replace the roof on our garage a while back and were very impressed with the work they did and the spotless clean up that we hired him last spring to take on the entire downstairs remodel of our old farm house while we went away on vacation. They removed all of the paneling, drywall, ceilings, flooring surround tub and entry door. Put in new drywall and ceilings, painted, installed wood flooring and trim throughout and new walkin shower and the entry door. Mike kept us up on the work progress as it went with phone calls and pictures to us. When we returned to see the finished job we were thrilled to say the least! And once again the work site was spotless! Mike is just an all around super great guy to work with and we are hoping to hire him to replace windows this Spring. ☆☆☆☆☆ to Mike, Brittney and Brett! They truly go above and beyond!"

"Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!"

"William was here when he said he would be and got the roof shoveled off and re-shingled in good time. The new roof looks great. He and his crew were polite and well mannered."

"Very happily with my roof and covered porch. Great group of workers!"

"They did an awesome job, clean up as they go with good quality and I have no complaints. I would recommend them and plan on using them again to install a deck on another home."

"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story. We can always add screens or toppers later if we think they are needed.
Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
