"The pavement built up went perfectly and there is no longer a large bump when entering the garage. The seal coating initially went well. They were careful to protect a paver sidewalk that buts up to the driveway. However, the night after the coat was put down, and prior to the coating curing completely, a storm with torrential downpours came through. Some of the coating splashed up onto the garage door leaving it a mess. As soon as Advance was notified of this they came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked no argument or debate. Advance Paving and Property did a good job on the work they were contracted and the service after the sale was phenomenal. I would not think twice about hiring them again for future projects."

"Everything went really well.Paul came down to the house in july and gave me a estimate on ripping out the inside concrete of the garage and ripping out the driveway and replacing that,and replacing some of the sidewalk a previous contractor messed up.Paul's guy's are professional and know what their doing.Paul himself is a great guy to work with.If you have any question's he's easy to get a hold of.The work turned out pretty sweet--compared to the last contractor that I had---"PAUL WAS A GODSEND"I'm looking to hire on paul in the future to replace the front sidewalk and a few other things around the house.The only problem that I had was one of paul's guys accidently hit the top part of my garage door opening with the skeed steer.The one gent in charge tried to patch it up and I told him he would have to repair it like new.With no argument that's what he did.It was only maybe a foot length damage.They got the material and even painted it for me.i'd give paul and his crew an A overall."

"They completely torn out our old asphalt driveway - a very long and winding drive with a good sized hill. They then laid down gravel base, compacted it and let it set for several weeks - we had scheduling requests, so actually let it set a couple months, which was fine. Gravel was perfectly level and easy to drive on. Whenever I had a question, or made a call and left a message, calls were promptly returned and all questions answered. Had multiple contact numbers, including their cells. Very professional and courteous. They asked repeatedly if everything was okay, and I was told to contact them again if anything was wrong or in question. Paid 1/3 when old drive was torn out and gravel base put in, and balance upon completion. I gave them an "A" for quality, but am also stating that this was only done a couple weeks ago, and hasn't stood the test of time or great usage as of yet. It looks beautiful right now, and am hoping it will remain that way. Tearing out and gravel was only one day. Paving was only one morning. Very quick and well-organized. Left a small pile of hot mix in trees that needs to be taken away, but am betting as soon as I call, it will be taken care of. If not....I will make an addendum to this review! We have a long, windy and hilly driveway. Price might sound high - but - all other quotes we got from area companies were about 25-30% higher, and all details of what they would do, including thickness of pave, etc., were equal. Highly recommend."

"I called S and A Maintenance when I noticed some boards in the soffit under the roof of our old garage appeared to be rotting. We were informed that we needed a new roof which was no surprise. S and A was booked up in the fall but came out in December, replaced the rotten wood and completed the roofing job with no trouble. The roof has held up well. They also reserved some of the good boards for possible later repair of our 1905 house since boards of that size are no longer produced. I have used S and A multiple times for both small and large jobs, because I trust Dave to figure out what needs to be done on an old house and he always comes out to inspect the work afterwards. <br />"

"Their Polylevel product was used to raise/level 32 yr old concrete deck around pool. Cracks were also repaired and sealed. Looks terrific and no longer a tripping hazard for the grandchildren!"

"Tony and his crew of four showed up on time and got to work. By the end of the day they had the old concrete floor demolished and hauled off. They then laid in 6"X6" wire mesh reinforcement and installed rebar to tie the new slab to the house foundation (neither of these had been done in the original construction which contributed to the problem in the first place). Day two was forming and pouring the new floor. By 4PM they were done with finishing and cleaned up the job site. I Cannot stress enough how prompt, professional, polite and above all hard-working this team was. I was so impressed that I paid them a substantial bonus over and above the contract price! If you have a concrete job to do call Tony Sinatre and you will not be dissapointed. <br />"
