"I called Three Mountains and discussed the job. We agreed on a price. I told them when I wanted the work done by. Without calling back to schedule the work they just showed up one afternoon. They finished raking the leaves around 6:00pm, and did an OK job. We discussed having them come back the next week to do the tree branch trimming that was agreed on. They said they would. We paid them at that time for both the raking and the tree trimming. I texted the next Monday and asked when they would be by., They said Thursday. They didn't show up. I called and left several messages to ask them to reschedule, but they never returned my phone calls. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this contractor. I would like a refund of $50 which is what I value the tree branch trimming job at, that has already been paid for. I hope Home Advisors can help us get our money back. It would restore some faith in this service to homeowners."
