"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected.
