After a series of missed starts, and delays upon more delays, the project was not completed until September. Throughout the process there were incorrect dates, missed timelines, people showing up late and not at all. I have documentation of each of more than a dozen of such instances. The coordinator, Mark, was unpleasant and unprofessional, never helpful with these delays and only telling me that?s ?the way this works?, as if that is an acceptable response. I am a single mom and my kitchen was left in shambles each day, completely unusable. The delays, missed work to accommodate their schedules, which most of the time they didn?t show up even after I took off work, coupled with the number of times I was forced to eat out, made my life a stressful hell for months. "Marcos and his crew redid my back patio by pitching it away from the house so water would drain . He also added on to the patio using both my pavers and additional ones . He used Belgian blocks as an edge. Most importantly, he fit pieces perfectly around areas which could not use a whole paver. Magnificent job all around."

"They did an excellent job with install. Took time to meet with us to choose exact slab, then again to choose exact layout from that slab. Only issue we encountered wasn’t really their fault. Our quartzite was SUPER porous for some reason and needed multiple coats of sealant and even to purchase a different type of sealant. They were great at responding and with time, we did get the issue fixed. Great customer service!"
