"First Rate Irrigation responded to my request right away and did a thorough and professional job. My gardeners had tried several times to fix those sprinklers and failed. First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). Canâ t say if they were the cheapest as I didnâ t get other estimates, but Iâ d certainly recommend them to anyone. Polite, clean and friendly too⠦⠦and not afraid to get wet if thatâ s what it takes, even on a cold morning."

"Fantastic experience from start to finish. They quickly found the problem with my sprinkler system and had it working like new in no time. If you?re in Los Angeles and need sprinkler repairs, this is the company to call!"

"Felipe was great. On time, knowledgeable, took his time and preformed well, with a relatively complicated project to hang and make work a pulley system for articles to be hung from a garage ceiling. The project came out perfectly! I highly recommend Felipe."

"This was much more than just a sprinkler repair. It also required significant carpentry skills. You will see from the pictures that I wanted gross overkill in my system. I wanted the entire manifold chest high for ease of maintenance. Benjamin designed the entire system to match my needs and desires. His attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. I will be using him for many projects in the future. Not just sprinklers. More photos to follow of the completed job"

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"He is very reasonable. He is hardworking. He is easily available when we need him. We used him for emergency service and he came in the same day. We started using him once a week."
