What stood out most was his honesty. He explained that a torch-down roof, which other companies were pushing, wouldn’t last and would likely start leaking in just a few years. He even advised me to place my AC unit on a metal platform when the new roof is installed, as the current wooden one I have is not up to code—something no other inspector had mentioned. Not only was Adam honest, but his expertise was clear. While I’m disappointed that he doesn’t offer hot mopping services, I would have hired him in a heartbeat if he did. "Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof. My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.
