Additionally, he left traps and returned several times to check for rats which had nested unseen. This was part of the original service charge which was extremely reasonable especially compared to competitors' quotes who couldn't come for weeks and did not return calls for several days. Joel was very polite, on-time, and called ahead to schedule rechecks. He also vacuumed carpets where necessary after removing ceiling covers to access the attic.
