We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. They explained that by putting down 10% the price would be locked in for six months and gave me a two month extension. I have a house that was built in 1900, its sheathed with 1" boards and because its Timber-Framed the stud spacing is 20-22 inches on the building so I addressed the issue that would come up if they took out the sheathing and they said no problem. They'll just put plywood over the existing sheathing, then put down a waterproof membrane and then install the metal roofing I want and the house will gave a new fresh look. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. This was just an estimate they did but they were still top notch. I'm looking forward to when the roof gets replaced."
