Damien the Project Supervisor and Joel made a special meeting so we could work out the issues and devise a plan moving forward. When the day came to begin my project, I had additional questions for Damien, and he went above and beyond to explain to me what the process was and answered all of my questions. Damien was extremely polite and very customer service focused to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Damien and his crew did a fabulous job with creating the patio I used to dream about having!
