Then Subpar Work, Ghosting & Expired License Ross and Allen with Arkansas Fence Company, Inc. were extremely nice and everything seemed great up until the point I paid for the services. Ross was responsive and professional during the quoting and installation process. Unfortunately, once the job was paid for, the quality fell apart. This was not a small or inexpensive job either. The pickets were spaced too far apart, and as the wood dried out, sizable gaps appeared throughout the fence. I sent him clear photos of the problems, and he promised to have someone out to fix it ?in a couple of days.? That was several weeks ago. Since then, I?ve called and texted multiple times with no response at all. They don?t stand behind their work. On top of the defective workmanship, I discovered that their contractor license expired several years ago. In Arkansas, this is a serious issue for home improvement work like fencing.
