"I called Jack at Moretto after getting stood up by another plumber 3 times.  Jack showed up when he said he would and was more than professional.  He wore shoe covers and was open and honest about the problem.  Jack is the third plumber I have had out.  First plumber didn't show.  Second plumber charged me $55 service fee and said there was no problem.  Jack took the time to ask me what my concern was and actually find the problem.  He did not charge a service call just to come give me a quote.  He had to order parts and when they arrived the next week we scheduled a time for the repair.  Completed the work and cleaned up any mess.  Very satisfied.  One of the more honest and open service providers I have dealt with in a long time.  Thanks for the work Jack! <br />"

"I have to say working with Mike and his crew was very delightful and informative. We thought it was going to be a simple easy task. Mike make serveral trips out here to look over our ideas. He pointed out what needed to be done and even reminded us of the water run-off that we had not considered. He was straight and up front with us. After considering our obtions and talking with the County we were unable to do the project. We are now looking at other alternative. "Jeremy did an excellent job and we were very pleased.  He accurately assessed the scope of work during the free estimate and completed everything as expected.  It was a full day's work for sure.  While it's one thing to meet expectations for the project, where Jeremy really stood out was how he handled an honest (and relatively small) mistake.  Jeremy came to me during the project to let me know that he had inadvertently put a hole in the drywall where he didn't mean to.  What was really impressive is that he came with the solution already in motion - he had already contacted a painter to come out to handle the repair (at no cost to us) who restored the drywall perfectly.  That's professionalism.  I appreciate the pride Jeremy takes in his work and the proactive way he took care of a relatively minor issue.  We'll definitely call Jeremy again should we have future electrical needs and we'll confidently refer him to others. <br />"

"At first it seemed like it was going well but then as it got cold outside we notice parts of the siding where the old paint was showing through. They also supposedly replaced some wood that had dry rot.  The people who did the work just covered up the dry rot instead of replacing it like they said they would do. We recently uncovered it and the dry rot they left continue to expand and just cost us an additional $1000. I've tried calling the office that we used multiple times with no help or response.  The original work was done In August of 2010.             <br />"
