"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

The company replaced our roof and gutters, a big job that was completed in one day; and installed pavers in our front and back yards, including regrading that eliminated rainwater pooling at our foundation. They also replaced our exterior doors and screen doors. The front door was not a standard size and the framing had to be adjusted accordingly. He's a very easy person to work with and if we needed a service he didn't provide, he was able to give us names of people who did.
