"Keith did a great job helping us obtain the building permit, explaining the decking options, and designing the deck. The deck completely covers old concrete steps and makes entrance into our home much easier. Keith used Trex material for the deck, which is maintenance free; he negotiated a good deal with the supplier for the color which closely matched our other deck. He suggested a local electrician for us to consult about lights along the stairs. Keith communicated with us in a timely basis and we always knew his schedule. "BEWARE: DO NOT USE PLEASE! I signed a contract on 5/27/25 for a kitchen remodel including cabinet refacing. The service, timing, and end result was horrible. After a series of missed starts, and delays upon more delays, the project was not completed until September. Throughout the process there were incorrect dates, missed timelines, people showing up late and not at all. I have documentation of each of more than a dozen of such instances. The coordinator, Mark, was unpleasant and unprofessional, never helpful with these delays and only telling me that?s ?the way this works?, as if that is an acceptable response. I am a single mom and my kitchen was left in shambles each day, completely unusable. The delays, missed work to accommodate their schedules, which most of the time they didn?t show up even after I took off work, coupled with the number of times I was forced to eat out, made my life a stressful hell for months.
