They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. We interviewed several window companies and selected Frontier because of their capabilities, price, and willingness to work with us. The installation process for replacement windows was a very smooth operation. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. "These guys are super professional painters!!! Very affordably priced and they took great care of our property and project during the work. No drips, no over spray, always masked, patched each and every stucco spot on the walls outside and caulked - just like it really should be and without missing anything. They painted the outside walls all around the house including the back and front walls. We could not believe how this new transformation will impact our house. "I’m very happy we hired Pearl Remodeling to remodel our bathroom. They were professional, extremely competent, and timely. I originally hired a different local contractor for the project. I provided the design with detailed scale drawings and dimensions that included stripping the room to the studs and installing a new tub with tiles. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to design, construction, and engineering, because the work done by the original contractor ranged from very sub-standard to downright wrong. I almost never saw their foreman, and good communication was lacking. They even damaged the bathtub because it wasn’t properly covered. Most of their workers were unlicensed, and apparently low-skilled. I became afraid to not be there whenever they were present. After watching them re-do several processes multiple times poorly (structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), I fired them and hired Pearl Remodeling to take it over. I’m so glad I did; they made a HUGE difference. And Pearl’s pricing was the same as the original company. All of Pearl’s workers were licensed and high-caliber professionals. They actually paid close attention to the drawings and asked pertinent questions while reviewing them. It was refreshing to see their quality workmanship and attention to details far beyond my plans. And their tile work was impeccable. Pearl’s project manager, Avi Shushan, remained very involved the entire time and provided excellent advice. His foreman, Jorge, was constantly communicating and updating me. (BTW, Jorge has a degree in civil engineering from UC Northridge.) They stuck to their timeline, and were flexible with a few last-minute adjustments I had sprung on them. When I fired the first company, their owner warned me that I was just being too particular, and that all contractors are the same; and if I wanted the quality I was demanding, I would have to personally supervise their work constantly. NOT TRUE!!! Pearl proved that to me! Thank goodness I called them. We now have a bathroom that exceeds our wishes. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone seeking a first-rate contractor that doesn’t over-charge for their services. I trust you will be as happy with them as we are."

"The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words… It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted Cielo Construction to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Tom and Oren (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Cielo construction handle all the rest. "We truly love Best Builders Group! We had a wonderful time during the remodeling work that they did at our house and we highly recommend this company! Zohar was able to deliver everything he promise and even more. We originally hired them to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom on top of few other tasks around the house. One of our friend is an interior designer by profession and she joined us and helped on the design of our new stunning kitchen, brand new cabinets, new hardware, paint, counter tops and more. Zohar and his team were able to join forces very well with her and we were happy by that because it saved us money. In the master bedroom and bathroom we removed the existing tub and installed new hot tub including the replacement of all the existing floors and walls in addition to replacing all the light fixtures and the vanity mirrors.
