"Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."

"I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."

"Yes, the work was successfully completed, by running a rotor-rooter snake line down a pipe on our roof, after an attempt to clear the blockage from under the kitchen sink. The technician had given me three options that could be followed, by accurately telling me what stages the problem could be at, and listing the increasing cost of each procedure. Happily the problem was solved with the first and cheapest approach. He was polite and knowledgable, but I do feel that the standard rate that the company had set for procedure #1, were out of the reasonable range. I had been charged $800.00 for the work."

The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind. They really felt bad and wanted to make sure hey helped me the best they could. I appreciated the humanity just as much as the work. I HIGHLY recommend them.
