"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"Sandy and her team at Dawes Cleaning Services are simply amazing! I hired them for what can only be described as an impossible cleaning task... my son's condo. It had gotten so bad that I would not go in there, and it was difficult to find a path to walk through. I sent Sandy a complete set of pictures of the condo's condition, and was incredibly impressed that the Dawes Cleaning Services team decided to take it on. We scheduled days when my son and I would both be out of town. Sandy kept me up do date on the progress that day, and the final tally for large black garbage bags on the curb was 20+. I was estimating that it would take two people at least two days. To their credit, they stuck with the project until it was complete.
