"On time and reasonably priced fireplace and chimney repair. We will use them again."

"I just bought a 35yr old house that was well built and well maintained. Given the age however I wanted to be sure there were not hidden problems. So I had the chimney cleaned and inspected. There were minor age related issues with mortar in the flu, old caps, roof flashing, brickwork that need pointing, etc. Fireplace Pros performed the inspection then returned in a couple weeks and fixed all the problems in a day. Should be good for another 35 years. They were professional, prompt, and personable. I highly recommend them"

"We used their services for a chimney/fireplace inspection for a home we are considering to purchase. We worked with Ted Parker. He was on time, efficient, professional, friendly and most importantly very honest with his assessment. The value we received for our money is amazing. We highly recommend their services and look forward to their continued success."

"Wills Chimney Repair was great!! Jake came out to assess the damage to our chimney and gave us options to fix that weren't going to cost us 20k like other companies were stating. They completed the job in a day and half for under 5k and we couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. Everyone on the crew seemed really nice and friendly and always introduced themselves when I came out to check on the progress. We will definitely be using them for future service when we convert from wood burning to gas. Highly recommend Wills Chimney for all your chimney and fireplace needs."

"It went great, and we hired them to perform additional maintenance for our chimney as well as others in our building. Everyone was very pleased with the service, warranty, and price.

"Almost all the work was done by Jason Dunham who managed to squeeze us in on short notice.  He was very helpful and obviously knows what he's doing.   He had to replace part of the rubber roof and patch and paint the corner where the roof had leaked and rotted the wood on our patio overhang.  To make it possible for us to see what was going on with the actual roof, he took photos with his smart phone, showing us the before and after of each step along the way.
He figured out a way to repair the rotting corner without delaying the repairs for weeks by ordering the same kind of wood (redwood is hard to find).  I supplied some paint, and he spent a lot of time on the last day sanding and painting the affected area.  He even sprayed ant killer on it when he spotted a large ant.
Basically, Jason went above and beyond to make this repair.  It looks brand new.

"The VH crew did an awesome job on my chimney. They communicated promptly and clearly what to expect and then delivered exactly that. My chimney was cracked and leaking, now, it not only looks great, but is dry as bone. If you need masonry work, this is company to use."

"UPDATE: After posting a review here on Angie's List, the company contacted me about applying a second layer of concrete to the shoulder and resealing it. The new concrete is on, and looks much better, and I'm expecting the resealing to happen soon. Communication was generally clear and the final repair looks okay. There were are few problems, though. The cap on the shoulder is very uneven and it appears that two different materials were used (different color concrete). Also, it rained mid-repair, causing a leak that stained the ceiling below the chimney. I can't see the crown, so I don't know what condition it is in."

"Excellent. Darrin was efficient, professional, and took great care in installing the shutters. They look fantastic and we are very pleased with the job he did."

"Overall I’d give them a B rating. They were timely and professional, responsive to quality issues I raised after day 1 (2-day job for 320 linear feet). The quality issues were mostly missed nails that needing punching and excess paint dripping on outside corners. They did not come with a hammer and nail punch nor a dry vac, so I had to offer my own. Brad made sure I was happy with the final product and I am. He even called in to Sherwin Williams store so I could get a gallon of wall paint on his discount rate. I’d use them again but request different employees of Brad’s if I wanted trim/crown painted again."
