Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. "I needed to have some of our shingles repaired after a wind storm blew some of them off.  I also wanted a bid done for our garage roof, which is older than the house roof.  Did a great job and didn't charge me more than the Angie's Deal, which was nice. The bid for the garage was reasonable and we are determining timing for that to be done in the next year or so.  I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs and will have them do the garage roof when we are ready.
