he made them look brand new. He took out the storms and screens and cleaned
the windows in and out. Jonathan also replaced the broken roller shades for us.
He removed the shades for measurement and a few days later installed brand new ones
for us -- a service I really appreciated!

"Was scheduled to begin the work Monday morning and was told it would go for most of the day. They called Monday morning about an hour before their scheduled arrival to reschedule due to chance of rain in the forecast. Why they couldn’t check the forecast the night before and give more of a heads up is beyond me. They said they’d be at my home first thing the next day. First thing became 12:00 pm. After roughly an hour & a half they said they’d be back in “about and hour” as they had to pick up another worker to dig out roots. They finally returned nearly 2 hrs later, and said they’d be working until “probably 7:00” that evening. Around 4:45 pm they packed up their equipment and left for the night, without any notification. My neighbors even commented it seemed like they were barely there. Finally, after what I was told would be an all day job turned into a few hrs over 3 days job, they were finally “finished”. Upon arriving home, I saw they had cut down the other 4 bushes/trees I had wanted out, but did not dig them out. There was a note left on my door; "Those roots are too deep for what was quoted. You need to pay us more to dig them out." The quality of the completed work was very good. Their lack of customer communication and sticking to an agreed schedule was extremely frustrating."

We feel so lucky to have found them after several contractors never called me back after promising to do the work and left us with half started projects. Not only are we thrilled with how it came out, the price was reasonable (there were some permit issues from things which had recently changed) and Chad and crew came and fixed everything in a timely manner!!! Chad did everything he needed to do to make sure we were set!! I would recommend Chad over and over again and already have. Crew arrived right on time, and throughout the project, I always knew what to expect. The owner was very responsive to my various special requests and questions. Job required coordination of the main crew plus four subs including crane, excavation, stump grinding, and log truck, all of which ran more-or-less like clockwork. Est. 50 tons total material removed. Very pleased with the results, and will be calling on All Access again."
