They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

The response was really quick, and I very was impressed that they set up an appt to come out asap. Morgan, an inspector, showed up on time, and everything was really easy. The Project went exactly how they said it was supposed to go. They identified problems, created solutions and repaired everything quickly for me. They were professional, friendly and hard working. I was pleased with their work but not with the news that tree roots were the cause and would require an expensive repair (excavation/partial sewer line replacement). Merry Christmas!"

He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

"Sonic speed response to my plea for help. Teri of Shiloh Water Systems was contacting me in moments after i posted on Angie's List. It was late-afternoon and she found a technician that came to Sublimity, met my renter, and tested out the pump. He replaced the pressure switch on our very antiquated pump and explained what else might be going on and what to watch for. It has been over a week now, and the system is working well. Thanks to you all."
