"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. "I ordered the new runner. They came and measured. They gave me a date that the rug would be available including having been bound. <br />They lrivided a date on which they we can remove the old rug. They came exactly on the dates they projector and took a few less hours than projected. Everything went extremely smoothly, timely and professionally. The rug has worn very well and we have no complaints about the installation for the quality of the rock. <br />"

"Fantastic. I have a 2 year old and 4 year old. AJ Hubbard and Sons is very family friendly. They were great with the kids in the showroom (my kids loved their childrens play area) and great with them when they came to install answering the 4 year olds questions with a smile. They made every aspect from picking the carpet, getting the quote and installing easy. They completely understood my carpet needs (low to no vocs) as my kids play on this carpet and even aired it out before install. I had looked a two other places first, one didn't know what a voc was and the other was rude tried to nickel and dime everything and said 15 foot wide carpet doesn't exist. Then I found AJ Hubbard a true gem and they know their stuff. I love my new 15 foot wide low voc carpet and my kids do as well. Everyone at AJ Hubbard is polite, respectful, professional and knows the products. If there happens to be a question about a product they don't know they immediately call and get you the answer.
