We had Jorge and his team refinish our deck and add lattice underneath. His team then discovered that our deck stairs were in really bad shape. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the expanded scope of our project, and I feel good about the extra work they did to ensure our deck is safe! Jorge and his crew worked super efficiently and were very communicative and considerate. For example, Jorge checked in with me several times to let me know when his team or materials delivery would be arriving at our house so that I could plan and ensure my cars weren't blocked in - super helpful for us! My porch roof was starting to sag and collapse. David reconstructed this area of the porch and added additional support beams originally lacking in the construction. He matched the original beams and paint color perfectly to keep the integrity of my old fashioned home. His price was reasonable and he provided receipts for money spent on materials. His cleanup was also impeccable. I will be keeping David in mind for projects I have in the future."
