I had researched the dryer and it's cost new as well as cost of parts for heating element. He told me it would be $270.00 parts and labor. It took him 20 minutes to complete job. So I ask him how much was labor cost. At that point he replied $175.00 per job that's the company's rate he stated. We are seniors living on fixed incomes. The part cost $39.00 on line. They charged $89.00 for part. We called company to ask about service attendants fees. They can charge their fee oer job, but the attendant said it was a company policy. UNFAIR UNFAIR. $175.00 FOR 20 MINUTES LABOR TO SENIORS UNFAIR"

"<p>Ray came on a weekend (he comes as fast as he possibly can every time) and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher.  He couldn't fix it on the spot because it required a number of parts he didn't have. All of the wiring and the computer board in the dishwasher were burned up.  He ordered the parts and replaced them as soon as they came in.  </p> <p>Ray used to work for King Parts and Services and when they went out of business he went into business on his own.  He is very nice, prompt, professional, honest, and knows his appliances.  He has worked on all of mine.  He noticed my icemaker needed cleaning when he was fixing my oven and did that for me gratis.  </p> <p>I called him when my son was going to buy a new refrigerator to get his recommendations!  Who would know better?  </p> <p>I highly recommend Ray when one of your trusty machines goes south.</p> <br />"

"Our year-old 3D HDTV was hit by lightning. Panasonic informed us that Whitby TV was an authorized repair service for our TV. It is out of warranty, btw. I put in a request for service (I believe on a Monday) on their website. Soon after, I received a call and was informed of the charge to pick the TV up and take it in ($95) and that that amount would go towards the repair. Two people came and picked the TV up the next day and were very nice and professional and careful with the set. I received an estimate soon after (I believe the next day), and was told the part needed to be ordered. I authorized the repair and was relieved I would not need to replace the set. I was called on Friday morning to tell me it was ready and my husband set up a time to receive delivery that afternoon. He informed me the two who delivered were very nice and helpful. I believe they were the same two who picked it up. Also, since our satellite system was blown out as well, one of the delivery people was helpful in getting us in with the satellite company so that could be repaired more quickly as well. They went above and beyond. They made a very stressful situation so easy!"
