When the handyman arrived he did not have ANY electrical outlets with him and the scope of the job was outside of his abilities. No work was completed and I was not charged for the $35 service charge. Handyman Matters charges a $35 service fee and bills $75/hour in 15 min increments. If you live in a rural area as I do, travel time for the handyman to obtain supplies would add up quickly."

Jeff makes sure everything looks good and will last. Jeff took all of the crumbled stone pieces with him, so I didn't have to worry about any of the clean up.
