"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. When we realized we couldn't fix our issue on our own, he guided us in getting the right parts from our manufacturer for the warranty on our water heater.
