Jonas had a tarp nailed on our roof with some 2x4s to cover where the shingles were missing before we even officially hired him. I appreciated that workers didn't begin before 8am, and they ended their days around 6pm. Never even asked to come inside or use the bathroom. They ended up needing to add new sheathing as well, but our homeowners insurance worked with us to cover that cost along with the roof. Every other roofer that I contacted said it would be a minimum of 3 weeks until they got to us! The only thing that I was not completely satisfied with was the cleanup. I would recommend tarping areas off to make cleaning easier. We will definitely contact Freelance Builders again for some smaller jobs that we will soon need done.
